Instructions for translators

First of all, thanks for helping translate!
Please follow the following steps:
- Visit https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/tsep/
- Under "resource name", select either "tsep1" or "tsep2"
- If you cannot see your language, click "Add translation" and select which language to add
- Select your language
- Click "translate now"
- Enter the translations in the right hand boxes
- Your changes will appear in the next release of TSEP
